I called five times to get the door fixed for over a week and still nobody called or came to fix. When I ask for the Manager's contact, I was told that information is not available. This is extremely poor after service company. DO NOT USE THEM.

Edit: owner threatened my husband that he would call the police on us if we didnt take this review down. In all honesty, yes my husband verbally lost his temper at the technician who left us stranded and agrees he shouldnt have done this. But blackmailing us with supposed "footage" is on another level. Anyone who would leave a woman and baby locked out of their home does not deserve your business. These are not nice people.
We paid $150 to get the latch fixed on our front door. It only *temporarily* fixed the issue. It continued to happen, although we were eventually able to get the door open. I called back to report the issue and was told someone was going to look up my file and call me back. They never did. Once again, I am stuck outside my house with my dog and baby unable to open the door. They eventually sent someone out but neglected to tell us we would need to pay another $150. I refuse to pay twice for one job.
A different company then came out to fix it, and said it should have been replaced to begin with because the particular type of handle we have is not good. And that Top Locksmith should have known that and told us. My guess is they purposely don't replace it, knowing that the same issue will happen again and they will then be able to charge you to fix it for a second time, third time, etc.

Rip Off. They wouldn't inform me of the fees in advance, not even estimates. I had locked myself out and was in rush. Only after the guy arrived and started the work were there mention of fees. Even then it was vague and no actual amounts. I was stressed from being locked out and late for work and he took advantage of it, that's the worst part. Only after the work was done did he inform me as he was holding my credit card that it would be $185 for the deadbolt (on top of the $150 for labour and $40 for the service call which I knew about and was ok with). It's a cheap deadbolt that would be $50 anywhere. When I had time the next day to actually review the bill and contacted him, he said they were standard fees. Odd since they won't disclose these "standard fees" in advance.

My service from "Joseph " was awesome and first rate. Changed my mailbox key in 10 mins. Very polite and a great price! Definitely a great service!

Great, Fast and Friendly Service. I called and within 30 minutes they arrived. Fixed my lock without any problems. Awesome! I will definitely call them again. Thank You
